A company in Industrial Control Systems - A very diverse product portfolio, designed by the CEO of the company himself, 10 years back. The company has been into a consistent performance for a number of years, suddenly finds tough competition from advanced controller based products. Medical Equipment manufacturer -  again facing completion by imported products with LCD based displays in his area. Display integrated solutions were developed within a record time of 30 days, which helped him in getting his orders back.
