Brigadier
Sukhwindar Singh, President
is MTech from Indian
Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, in Opto-Electronics and Optical
Communication, MSc in Defence Studies from Madras University, and a Post
Graduate in Management from All India Management Association, New Delhi. He is
also a Fellow of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication
Engineers, India, and a Graduate of the Defence Services Staff College,
Wellington.He is also a Founder & CEO, Svipja Techno Consultants Pvt Ltd.
Brigadier Sukhwindar Singh
has vast exposure in the ICT field with over 30 years of management and
operational experience in the Indian Army, and about 10 years in civil ICT
industry. He has worked on large scale projects which included planning and
execution of communications for ground, air, and sea-borne operations, and
electronic warfare delivery platforms. He
was also intimately involved in managing tri-service operations which involved
multi-dimensional co-ordination.
He is the main architect
of International Air Show (Aero India), and International Defence Exposition
(Def Expo) Series of exhibitions, organised by the Ministry of Defence,
which are reputed Defence Shows. He is also the Founder and CEO of a

, which is a very
valuable platform for e-Selling, e-Sourcing and e-Procurement based on dynamic
