Indigenous Tractor development & Commercialization –

This project desires to establish an all together new product , a low cost tractor  for a small farmer , which is not available at present. In this , the responsibilities include complete market research , pricing strategies on the basis of market research , bringing a financial partner along with FII’s ,Technologists , Initial Innovators , & an assembly unit . Supplementing this , with latest technological trends to fight the  competition , a dynamic approach to product management , & entirely new additions / concepts  , which were not available till date . In all , this is about establishing a small automobile manufacturing plant , finding appropriate stake holders.

Machine Monitoring system – 

What it is –

1. A dynamic Shop Machine status on your Desktop.
2. Takes input by –
   1. An interface between shop floor machine and the Mother Device (central server)
   2. Standard data acquisition module is customized to the machine requirements.
   3. The Module is installed to the machine and interfaced with Mother Device
3. The Mother device analyses various data and based on calibration parameters, it passes on the relevant information to the relevant person viz. - Management, Supervisor, Operator etc.

Finite capacity Scheduling  

What is it –

1. A software based product.
2. Takes manual inputs , viz.
   1. No of components , and individual BOM’s
   2. Routing – sequence of operations, rate of production, on which machine it is performed
   3. Machine Groups
   4. Demand, due dates , etc
   5. Working calendar
3.   Organize the Machine shop, gives a snap shot, weekly, daily or monthly, as required.
4. It gives the start and end dates for all the orders in the planning horizon
